Rollercoaster of a Day

Today definitely had its ups and downs...

School was awesome! My kids wanted to learn an American dance so I showed them the Macarena at break time. I know it's not an American dance but it's super popular and an easy one for them to learn! They loved it!

I came home at noon and got to skype with Dad, Judy, and Grammy. That definitely made my day a million times better. It made me miss home like crazy! The boyfriend, the best friend Sammy, my little brother Thomas, all my stepbrothers... and of course my two amazing sets of parents! 12 days down... 30 to go!

I made plans to go to lunch with the mom from my first host family but she called me while I was talking to dad and everyone. She decided to take me and the kids to Lotte World, which is like the equivalent to Disneyland here. I agreed. My 2nd host mom wasn't home so I texted her letting her know what I was doing. She seemed fine with it at the time...

Lotte World was definitely an experience in its own. I made notes the whole time I was there so I didn't forget to talk about something when I wrote this. It definitely reminded me of a blown up version of "It's a Small World" with the colors and characters of all shapes and sizes! I was intrigued by the a ton of things so I'm just going to list them:
- This month was a salsa/brazil theme so there were Salsa dancers everywhere. However, they definitely weren't from Brazil... They were all Russian! Who would have thought Russians can salsa : )
- All of the rides were knock offs of Disneyland rides.... Pirates of the Carribean, Indian Jones, Splash Mountain... all there but with different names and way less quality of animation!
- The janitors were on rollerblades to get around quicker!
- Every couple on a date was wearing matching shirts... little weird!
- There was a hair salon and a textbook store on the indoor part of the park (yes there is an indoor part and outdoor part)

As we were driving home and going over one of the bridges, my 1st host mom was telling me how a few years ago, one of the bridges collapsed during rush hour and about 200 people lost their lives. Best way to make me feel comfortable on the ride home right?

When I got home, my 2nd host mom asked me to meet her at the restaurant she was at. She was sitting outside with a friend and didn't seem to be too happy. I haven't had the chance to do anything wrong so I didn't know what was going on. She proceeded to tell me she thought it would be best if I moved back in with my first family. YUP! MOVING AGAIN! When I asked why, all she would tell me was that it seems like we are fine to live together again. I just don't understand! My first host mom kicks me out because she thinks the birth control rings I put in her fridge were condoms and now my second mom kicks me out with no reason! So tomorrow I will be moving again, back to my first host family.... and then next Sunday, I have to move in with my original 2nd host family which is technically my 3rd family now. This trip is beginning to get a little crazy with all this moving around! I thought I was a good kid but I guess not...

So I'm going to call it a night on that note. When my first host mom gives me the pictures from the amusement park today, I will post them!

MISS YOU GUYS LIKE CRAZY!!!
